It was disappointing to have the bottom fall out of the jar on the first wash (washing water too hot apparently) but impressive how quickly my complaint was addressed, a replacement jar winging it's way over now as I type. I used the grains in an ordinary jar and they still worked beautifully, though the made-for- purpose jar, when it arrives will make the procedure even easier. Thank you Fermentation Station for your great customer service and great product!

I found the instructions very easy to follow and created a tasty refreshing second ferment in just a few days. My husband (who prefers commercial fizzy drinks) liked it too. I can’t wait until summer comes to be enjoying these fermented beauties in hot weather. Highly recommend this product and supplier.

Very happy with grains so far. Not sour like other grains I have tried.

I’m so thrilled with my first kefir batch from these grains! Jared and the Fermentation Station team have been amazing with their support. The grains were a little slow at first (thanks to the cold), but with their helpful tips and patience, they took off. Now, after giving them a bit more warmth and time, I’m enjoying some of the best homemade kefir ever. Super happy with both the product and the service — I’ll definitely be coming back!
