I’ve been wanting to make Kombucha for an embarrassingly long time. But the results of my efforts with the Jun scoby have been worth the wait. It has made the most delicious and refreshing drink to sip on these hot days of late. Absolutely recommend the scoby and The Fermentation Station’s customer service.
