It work great, just as the information given by you guys i following it. It was slow at first but fast now.

The milk kefir grains arrived quickly. After a couple of days they suddenly became very active which took me by surprise as they were fermenting much more quickly than the 24+ hour timeframe I expected. Three weeks later, I know now what to look for. The grains are going gangbusters, so much so that I occasionally put them in the fridge to slow them down as my husband and I are struggling to consumer so much kefir! I am now accustomed to the taste and really enjoying my kefir and exploring new ways to flavour it. Thanks to the Fermentation Station for a great product and wonderful service!

Product has been great. I have made some amazing sourdough so far.

First time I have intentionally fermented anything. Grains activated properly after 3 x 36 hour cycles. Now getting good tasting kefir. So much cheaper than store bought!

Quick delivery and starter activated no problems, good taste. Very happy.

Absolutely great product. A must try using Chinese Gunpowder Green Tea and unprocessed honey.
