It work great, just as the information given by you guys i following it. It was slow at first but fast now.

The milk kefir grains arrived quickly. After a couple of days they suddenly became very active which took me by surprise as they were fermenting much more quickly than the 24+ hour timeframe I expected. Three weeks later, I know now what to look for. The grains are going gangbusters, so much so that I occasionally put them in the fridge to slow them down as my husband and I are struggling to consumer so much kefir! I am now accustomed to the taste and really enjoying my kefir and exploring new ways to flavour it. Thanks to the Fermentation Station for a great product and wonderful service!
