I accidentally used a milk with extra cream for the first batch and that turned out a bit weird, but from the second batch on with just regular milk it's been working perfectly 👌🏻

With 70 percent whole wheat and bit of rye (ran out of white), sourdough rose beautifully, with great crumb, better than previous sourdoughs I've made of 50 percent white that used my original starter from elsewhere (eventually died). Love this starter.
