Haven't made the classic sourdough loaf yet but I used some fermented flour to make pancakes and it was delicious. Looking forward to the weather warming up to make more items.

Took about a week to arrive in Sydney at the end of Winter. Initially the grains were small and limp but after a week of feeding and the weather warming up they are now cauliflower shaped and doubled in size. It ferments a delicious small cup of Kefir in 24hrs every day now.

Ferocious grower. Makes a thick kefir with cow's milk and almost solid kefir with soy milk. Both work well for making cheese.

Pleased with my purchase. If took the grains 4-5 days to become fully active in full cream milk. Very good results and delicious.
