This kit is very easy to use and produces really good Kefir. Much better than the pre-made Kefir I was buying from the supermarket. I can also use a really good local dairy milk which makes a really thick Kefir really quickly.

Whole experience is very cool. Love the process of activating my Kefir grains. Only bitch is like a lot of people I just didn't know this product and it's benfits to mankind existed. Needs to be broadcast. Teach the people how to stay alive better and stay away from all that junk.

Great sourdough starter
Great sourdough starter. It came well packaged with clear instructions and was easy to get going. After a few feeds, it started showing good bubbles and a nice yeasty smell. It took a little patience at first, but once active it became strong and reliable.
