Worked a treat in goat's milk in my Kerirko maker!

Super easy to get my starter going and thriving! Yet to do my first bake.

I have attempted to make my own starter before but purchasing this starter has been a game changer. While I am still mastering the whole starter, sourdough world and learning g to to make said sourdough. purchasing this starter has made it so much easier

So easy to make kefir. I am really enjoying making it and drinking it daily. I love that you can add flavours or keep in plain and simple. It is definitely a much better option compared to store bought kefir

The grains worked well. I used goat’s milk over a two week period and made several batches. Currently I’m storing them in the fridge

Haven't made the classic sourdough loaf yet but I used some fermented flour to make pancakes and it was delicious. Looking forward to the weather warming up to make more items.

Took about a week to arrive in Sydney at the end of Winter. Initially the grains were small and limp but after a week of feeding and the weather warming up they are now cauliflower shaped and doubled in size. It ferments a delicious small cup of Kefir in 24hrs every day now.
