Haven't had the chance to use it yet but no doubt it's an excellent starter as my kiefer grains were excellent, really happy.

Arrived quickly and really happy with the quality of the grains. Fermented my milk in 2 days and already has grown more grains.

My kefir grains arrived safe and in good condition. Also enclosed was a card of directions (which I followed)…and so my kefir is working well for me.

This is the first time I’ve achieved a successful sourdough loaf, and also great crumpets with the discard. Refrigerating for the first time this week - hoping I don’t kill it.

This sourdough master kit is amazing. The starter was very straightforward to activate, it came with all the tools I need to make sourdough and the steps are easy to follow! I’ve made four loaves so far, absolutely loving my new hobby. So glad I was able to buy everything I needed in one go without shopping around
