Sometimes your grains just need a little extra support — whether they’re new, recovering from the post, or fermenting slowly in cooler weather. This gentle growth premix is designed to feed and strengthen your grains without affecting the flavour of your kefir.

Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon to your milk batch 1–2 times per week when your grains need a boost.
Avoid daily use – this is intended as a supplement, not a regular ingredient.
