The Fermentation Station

Arrived quickly and very much alive, I'm now making fresh Kefir daily! Super happy with the purchase. I've tried powders before, but they weren't as effective as these live grains.

The sourdough starter hydrated beautifully and we baked four delicious loaves already. Also baked some sourdough crackers with the discard . Yum.

Love the milk kefir, grains multiplied beautifully, took about 4 days.
Made some labne with it too. Delish!

Not just in shipping but also in how quickly these started multiplying. I'm already fermenting 1.5 litres of sugar water every 2 days.

It was disappointing to have the bottom fall out of the jar on the first wash (washing water too hot apparently) but impressive how quickly my complaint was addressed, a replacement jar winging it's way over now as I type. I used the grains in an ordinary jar and they still worked beautifully, though the made-for- purpose jar, when it arrives will make the procedure even easier. Thank you Fermentation Station for your great customer service and great product!

I found the instructions very easy to follow and created a tasty refreshing second ferment in just a few days. My husband (who prefers commercial fizzy drinks) liked it too. I can’t wait until summer comes to be enjoying these fermented beauties in hot weather. Highly recommend this product and supplier.

Very happy with grains so far. Not sour like other grains I have tried.
