Successful sourdough starter
I was able to activate the San Francisco sourdough starter, even in the middle of winter in Melbourne, with some excellent follow-up advice from Sandy. Thanks, everyone. My first couple of sourdough loaves have been a great success, and everyone here is looking forward to many more.
