Great product and after sale service
My milk kefir grains arrived alive and active and started making good kefir from the second batch. Sandy reached out shortly after they arrived to ensure I was comfortable with how they were going and was super responsive in answering my questions. Highly recommend this supplier.

Great service & good condition.
Came quickly and although it took a few times to get it right, works wonderfully. Thinking of trying the Water grains.
