After the first batch did not work for some reason they were happy to send out another order free of charge straight away and give great advice to make sure the second attempt was a success

My first attempt at milk kefir was fraught, were they dying, did I ferment too long, too hot, too cold? Sandy was the calm voice of reason and talked me through the process wonderfully. The Kefir grains are powerhouses once they awake. They make very delicious and healthy kefir. Sandy was generously helpful as I learnt about the process. I appreciate the grains where grown on organic milk. Many thanks.
The little grains are very potent. After following the instructions about being patient for the first couple of days, although it produced very nice Kefir straight away, it’s now after about 10 days enthusiastically setting a jar of at least 500ml of milk into yummy natural Kefir.
I followed the instructions and wow never smelt anything better. To follow was beautiful sourdough bread. Absolutely love it and would definitely recommend it for anyone who loves sourdough baking.
