    How much cheese does it make?

    You can make approximately 200–300g of cream-cheese style kefir cheese per batch, depending on your kefir and how long you strain it.

    How long should I strain it for?

    Straining time depends on your desired texture. A shorter strain makes a soft, spreadable cheese, while longer straining (and/or using the pressing disc and spring) creates a firmer fresh cheese.

    What does the pressing disc & spring do?

    It allows you to apply more pressure to push out extra whey, which helps you make a firmer cheese.

    What can I do with the whey?
