    Our premium quality Milk Kefir Grains are the perfect addition to your daily routine. Our milk kefir grains are of the highest quality, carefully grown and cultured to ensure the best possible results. They're easy to use and require minimal maintenance. Made from a unique blend of beneficial bacteria and yeast, these grains are a natural and sustainable source of probiotics that can help promote a healthy digestive system, boost immunity, and increase energy levels.

    Not only is milk kefir easy to make at home, but it is also incredibly versatile. Enjoy it as a refreshing drink, use it as a base for smoothies, or even incorporate it into your favourite recipes for added flavour and nutrition.

    The grains are pulled fresh on demand for every order and fed daily with Barambah certified organic milk. On arrival, they will be ready to produce 250ml of milk kefir per 24hrs for every 5g of kefir grains.

    Delivery Details

    Grains are shipped via Australia Post Priority and packed with a small amount of milk to keep them active and well-fed during transit.

    This packaging method ensures the grains remain viable for 2–3 weeks while in the post. If you have any concerns upon arrival, we’re here to help.

My kefir grains arrived in good condition and quickly grew in the milk. Very happy with the results. Homemade kefir is better for you and good for the environment, as you are not buying kefir in throwaway plastic containers.

I am new to kefir grains, having only used powder before, so it's still a work in progress. I've only had 2 cups of kefir milk so far but I was expecting it to be thicker. But that could be because it's early days and it's reasonably cold in my house. The grains have multiplied nicely though. The taste is quite tart so not sure if I'm doing something wrong or waiting to long to see if it thickens. Keen to continue though. Must do some more googling 😄

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review — and welcome to using live kefir grains! 😊 It’s completely normal for the consistency to vary a bit in the early days, especially in cooler weather. Thicker kefir usually develops as the grains settle in and the ambient temperature warms up.
