I haven't used it myself, but I am so looking forward to including it in a Xmas package for my daughter-in-law who is a real foodie, and a mother earth. She makes her own cheese from her own dairy cow, grows her own vegies, eggs from her chooks, ferments whatever's going and forages.......plus works as a specialist doctor. So this is something rather special for someone that is very hard to buy for.
